"Mit dem Zimmer, dem Spa Bereich und dem Restaurant waren wir insgesamt zufrieden. Der Service war jedoch leider unterdurchnittlich. Im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts ging mehrere Male etwas mit den Karten zum Öffnen der Zimmer schief (zum Beispiel Karten vertauscht fuer zwei Zimmer in unserer Gruppe beim check in, Karte abgelaufen um 10 Uhr am Tag der Abreise obwohl check out bis 11 Uhr). Ich habe Verständnis dass mal etwas schief geht, aber das waren insgesamt 4 Probleme mit den Zimmerkarten bei...

Room rate includes access to the Bad Orb swimming pools and also the FKK Sauna area directly connected to the Hotel. "Hotel was perfect for a short stay for one in Hanau. Walkably close to the train station and city center. The only thing I didn’t like was that the room did not have A/C and the days were 90 degrees. I could have managed without A/C, as I am normally not an A/C person, but the windows did not have screens so I couldn’t leave them open overnight. IMHO if you dont have A/C, af least have screens."

"This is our third stay at the villa Stokkum. Our family lives in Hannah now and it is a very convenient walk for us back-and-forth to their home as we visit for 10 days. We love this property a few issues this time was that the first week was very warm temperatures what seem to be the air condition? Did not work Very well requested maintenance but still warm front desk was very nice to offer a summer blanket instead of the goose down winter blankets on the bed, which helped the only other issue...
